Ordering and paying
All our products on this website can be ordered online by adding them to the shopping cart and paying. Payment is possible with a debit card, credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and JCB), Paypal or bank transfer.
The safety of your details during the order process is of the utmost importance. Our payment platform, Adyen, is a leading e-commerce platform operating worldwide and serving companies like Booking.com, Spotify, Airbnb, Netflix and others. The company keeps our and your payments safe with data encryption, PCI DSS, 3-D Secure and advanced protection against fraud.
All our prices are exclusive of VAT. Clients outside the EU are exempt of VAT and they pay the indicated product prices, but they may have to pay VAT in their own country (e.g. UK, Switzerland, Canada). Companies within the EU can deduct the VAT on condition they submit their VAT number.
All amounts stated on this website are in euros --or other currencies such as dollars, British pounds and / or Swiss francs-- excluding VAT and excluding shipping. Shipping costs are given in the shopping cart. Payment is always in euros. Conversion rates are updated daily with Yahoo Finance Exchange. The total amount in the shopping cart always includes VAT for European customers and excludes it for others.
Packaging, shipping and delivery of firebacks and other items take place only after full payment.

Returns
Returns are possible, without reason, within 14 days of receipt. We advise you to contact us in advance about the planned return shipment. Outside this period we can not accept returns. Once we have the product back, we will refund the full amount as soon as possible.
The right of return shipping (or revocation of the sale) does not apply if:
- Fireplace accessories have been used in a fire by the buyer
- The buyer tried to repair an article
- Loss of attachments to the goods
- The goods are no longer salable in the same condition as when delivered.
The cost and risk of returning the product is for the buyer.
