Pax Optima Rerum Fireback

'Pax Optima Rerum' is Latin for 'Peace is the highest good'. Historic fireback with three doves with crossed olive branches and a pillow with a crown and a scepter (signs of power). The fireback symbolizes the Westphalian Peace at the end of the thirty years' war in Germany. It meant peace between the following three parties: Emperor Ferdinand III, King Louis XIV of France and Queen Christina of Sweden.
